You are invited to join Melanie DuPuy, CTBF/MA for a day of feminine practice as we explore how to unlock and utilize the body's innate wisdom to relax and experience the warm glow femininity. During the week we can shut down our vulnerabilities, our softness and our yearnings to function in the world - so, this day is designed to activate our love and joy embodied through pelvic floor awakening, breathwork, tantric meditation and feminine flow. Joy Breath Experience @ Rising Lotus Yoga, Sherman Oaks

On Sunday, July 10th from 1pm - 3pm - For Men and Women
In partnership with my favorite yoga studio, I will be teaching some simple tools "how-to" connect to JOY from inside-out. We start with the heart and deeply tune in to what it desires. Then we focus on the diaphragm and PC Muscles that actually mirror one another in movement and function. When these two muscle groups are aligned with the heart in breath and articulation - it is positively impossible to leave without feeling healthy-strong-vibrant and ALIVE with JOY.
